Shopping on www.eshaleather.in is really easy and hassle free. Log on to www.eshaleather.in and visit our collection of products. All you need to do is choose the product, select the size, complete shipping information, choose payment method, and order from the store right here through us.

You need to register at www.eshaleather.in so that we can enhance your shopping experience every time you visit us. We keep you updated on your orders and refunds through SMS/email. Though we allow you to shop as a guest, however to avail the offers and discount we suggest to get yourself registered.

Generate a new password by clicking on “Forgot Password” option at Account page. An email to generate a new password will be sent to your registered email Id.

My Order

“Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.”

We may have sent your items in separate parcels, information about which would have been communicated to you via emails, so please check that.

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item’s name and article number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.”

Don’t worry! This is a prefectly fine and normal situation. This means that some products in your order may require additional time to be dispatched.

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from Esha’s Leather. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

Payments

We accept 7 modes of payments i.e i. Visa, ii. Master Card, iii. American Express, iv. Maestro, v. Rupay vi.  Cash On Delivery(C.O.D),  vii. UPI

If you choose to pay with Razorpay or COD. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the Razorpay site to ‘Pay’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Post which you will be directed back to the website.

At Esha’s Leather, your personal online security is important to us. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

You need to pay the Shipping charges apart from the cost of the product. You pay exactly what you see in your order summary.

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:

The card details on your Esha’s Leather account to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date, billing address or password etc. The security code entered is correct – that’s the three digit number on the back of your card. Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them. If you’ve checked all of the above and still face an issue , try paying with another card.

If you’ve tried all these yet have not had a successful payment ,then please contact our Customer Care Team with details of the issue including any error messages and we’ll try to resolve it as soon as we can.”

Return,Replacement & Refund

At Esha’s Leather, the customer is king, always. If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order and we will exchange the product or refund the entire amount paid. All you need to do is drop an email at info@eshaleather.in or call us within a period of 15 days, from the date of delivery, clearly mentioning the order number and stating the reason for return.

However, you must ensure that the merchandise is returned to us in an unused, unwashed, saleable condition with the tags intact and in the original packaging with its complimentary items. This protects us from losses and helps us serve you better and longer.

Returns are FREE at www.eshaleather.in . You do not pay for Return Shipments!

Authenticity And Genuineness

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Your order will be delivered to you through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Esha’s Leather with courier company details along with the tracking id. You may simply check the status by visiting their website. Incase your query is not resolved, our customer care representative will help you in tracking your order.
