Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Within India
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days.
- Non-metro and remote areas: 5–10 business days.
International
- Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Delivery estimates do not include customs processing time, which may vary by country.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, weight, and chosen shipping method.
- Free standard shipping may be available for orders above a minimum order value—details will be shown at checkout when applicable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier details. Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to view real-time updates.
If you don’t receive a tracking email within 48 hours of payment confirmation, contact us at support@eshasleather.com.
Delivery Issues & Failed Attempts
- If a delivery attempt fails, carriers typically try again or may hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Please follow the carrier’s instructions provided in the tracking updates.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you with options to reship at your expense or issue a refund (minus shipping charges).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
- We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Damaged goods returned to us will be reviewed before issuing refunds.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
- If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@eshasleather.com. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been dispatched.
