5) Payments

- Orders may be placed on hold pending payment verification or additional checks to prevent fraud.
6) Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address provided or to the carrier if you arrange pickup.
- Please inspect packages on delivery and report damage to us within 48 hours with photos for assessment.
7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:
- Return window: 7 days from delivery for eligible items.
- Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags; customized/personalized/sale items are not eligible.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after quality check; shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.
8) Product Care & Natural Variations
Leather is a natural material; minor marks, grain variations, and color differences are normal and not defects. Follow the care instructions provided to maintain product longevity.
9) Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, and code—is owned by or licensed to Esha’s Leather and protected by applicable IP laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10) User Content & Reviews
